01Contact the school office

Use the email address or telephone number below. For a written complaint, include your name, contact details, your child’s name or application reference, what happened and the outcome you are requesting. Include relevant correspondence or a payment reference where useful.

Keep a copy of your message. Ask for the concern to be referred to school management if it remains unresolved, and request a written response. Avoid sharing banking passwords, complete card details or unnecessary information about other children.

02A concern about information or an image

For a privacy concern, identify the record or page involved and the correction, review or removal you are requesting. For a child’s photograph, provide the page link and your relationship to the child so the school can identify the image and review the request.

03An urgent concern about a child

Call the school directly for an urgent concern during school hours. If a child is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency service. The application form and school email are unsuitable for an emergency response.

04Further help

You may seek help from the relevant education authority, including the Directorate of Inspection & Registration of Private Institutions in Sindh for matters within its remit, or the competent consumer authority or court. The school’s complaints route does not remove those options or extend any legal filing deadline.
