For our families

Admissions, payments & refunds

The steps from submitting an application to confirming your child’s place.

Application and offer

The school reviews applications against programme eligibility and available places. A preferred term or month is a request for the school to consider. Waitlisting or receiving an application reference does not reserve a place.

An offer should identify your child’s programme, start arrangements, admission conditions and itemised fees. Obtain the school’s written enrolment conditions, including withdrawal and refund arrangements, before accepting and paying.

Fees and payment

Amounts are stated in Pakistani rupees (PKR). The Fees & sessions section on the Apply page sets out the published programme charges and payment frequency. Your fee request identifies the amount due and the due date for your child.

Following acceptance, the office can email a fee request with the school’s bank details and your payment reference. Confirm the bank account with the office using the telephone number on this website, especially if details change. Use your reference when paying, retain your transfer confirmation and request the school’s receipt.

Payments are made through the bank arrangements supplied by the school. The office checks and records receipts; the website does not connect to your bank or automatically verify a transfer. Never send a card PIN, banking password or one-time passcode to the school.

Refunds, deposits and withdrawal

The published fee schedule identifies charges described as refundable or non-refundable for each programme. Those descriptions apply to the specified charge and remain subject to applicable law. A refundable security deposit is separate from tuition and other charges.

For charges where a refund rule is not specified, ask the office for written terms before payment. Confirm any withdrawal notice, permitted deductions, treatment of unused tuition or materials, and the process and timing for returning a deposit. This notice sets no additional forfeiture or deduction.

To withdraw or request a refund, email the office with your child’s name, application reference and the relevant payment reference. Ask for a written response setting out the amount and basis of any refund or deduction. If the school cannot provide an offered place, contact the office about the arrangements and any refund due under the agreed terms and applicable law.

Changes and your legal rights

Confirm any change to programme, start arrangements or fees with the school in writing. Applicable Sindh requirements for school fees and admission conditions continue to apply. Website updates do not by themselves change an existing agreement.

Your statutory rights and access to the relevant education authority or consumer remedies remain available.
